How Mobile Dog Grooming Works

1. Book a time

Call or text (778) 807-7627 or request a quote online. Tell us your dog’s breed, size and coat condition, and we confirm the price before we arrive.

2. We park at your door

The grooming van is self-contained, with its own water, heat, lighting and professional tools. Your dog is groomed one-on-one, a few steps from home, with no other dogs around.

3. Your dog comes home clean

Most full grooms take 60 to 120 minutes, depending on size and coat. No car ride, no waiting room and no cage dryers. We hand-dry every dog.

Mobile Dog Grooming Prices

Full grooms are priced by size. Each one includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut, nail trim and grind, ear cleaning, sanitary trim and paw pad trim. There is no travel fee anywhere in Metro Vancouver.

Nail trim and grind only: $25. Bath and brush without a haircut: $55 to $95 by size. Senior and special-needs grooms: $89 to $129. Heavy matting is quoted before we start.

Mobile Dog Grooming Questions

How long does a mobile groom take?

Most full grooms take 60 to 120 minutes, depending on your dog’s size, coat and how relaxed they are. A nail trim takes about 10 to 15 minutes. We never rush a nervous dog.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

We need access to your dog and a safe spot to park the van. Many clients are home. Others leave access through a side gate, and we text when the groom is finished.

Is there a travel fee?

No. There is no travel fee anywhere in Metro Vancouver, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, North and West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Langley, Delta, Ladner and New Westminster.

Can you groom anxious or senior dogs?

Yes. A quiet van with one dog at a time suits nervous dogs well. Senior and special-needs grooms include extra time, breaks and a cushioned mat. Read more about grooming anxious dogs.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Most dogs do well with a full groom every 4 to 8 weeks. Doodles, Poodles and other non-shedding coats sit at the shorter end. Short-coated breeds can go longer between visits, with a nail trim in between.
